This Chorizo sausage is a very deep and delicate sausage indeed! It is made with sun-dried Korean chili peppers which bring the heat after you eat it. The day after production, the chorizo is finally finished with steam. The tangy and spicy chorizo has an addictive taste that will make you want to eat it again and again.  Of course it is additive free!  Try pairing with a tangy mustard or sweet BBQ sauce.

Ingredients: Pork (domestic), tomatoes, sun-dried salt, Korean chili peppers, brown sugar, spices, natural sheep intestine

Storage method: Must be kept frozen at -18° or below.

Care Instructions

Usually our bacon ships frozen. Let it defrost for a few hours by placing it in the fridge. Cut and use as you wish! If you purchase a block, we recommend removing it from the plastic wrap and wrapping in kitchen paper, then leaving it in the fridge overnight. This drys the exterior a bit and helps to retain its bacony-goodness longer.
