Our Apple Pie bacon is the perfect blend of sweet and salty flavors with cinnamon overtones that brings back memories of home. Memories of mom making warm apple pie on a Sunday afternoon.

Curl up and enjoy it with ice cream or a few slices to go with your french toast in the morning! We like adding it to a cream white pasta sauce or gratin for some amazing and new flavor profiles. Definitely a treat!

Care Instructions

Usually our bacon ships frozen. Let it defrost for a few hours by placing it in the fridge. Cut and use as you wish! If you purchase a block, we recommend removing it from the plastic wrap and wrapping in kitchen paper, then leaving it in the fridge overnight. This drys the exterior a bit and helps to retain its bacony-goodness longer.
