- Red cabbage

1 Chop bacon finely and fry in advance.
2 Cut lettuce into bite-sized pieces, and shred carrots and red cabbage. Thinly slice bell peppers.
3 Arrange the cut vegetables on a plate in a colorful manner and top with the fried bacon.
4 Pour Caesar salad dressing over the top. Sprinkle with additional powdered cheese and black pepper for an even richer flavor. You can also substitute Mr. Bacon's Solo Spice for the black pepper.
Very easy to make, but very tasty. Good for entertaining, lunch, or as a snack!
