3 New Types of Additive-Free Sausages For You

Today we would like to introduce three new additive-free sausages that have joined Mr. Bacon's lineup! The three types are seasonal vegetable sausage, dry chorizo sausage, and basil sausage!


Vegetable Sausage "Nozawana Pickles" 5-pack

Have you ever had sausages with pickled nozawana before?  You can enjoy various types of flavors in these vegetable sausages depending on the season.

This time there are "Nozawana" pickles inside the sausage. The pickled nozawana has a gentle flavor that brings out the gentle sweetness of the sausage. Of course, we are particular about the Nozawana. They are grown at Sato Yasuragi Farm, which does not use pesticides during the growing season.

Spicy Chorizo Sausage 

Made from sun-dried Korean peppers and finished with steam the day after production. The spiciness of the chorizo and the sweetness of the pork make a great combination! Awesome as a snack with an icy cold beer.

Basil Sausage

Coarsely ground sausage with a basil aroma! This herb-scented sausage with plenty of fresh basil is a very popular product. It is sure to be a hit with everyone when grilled over charcoal at a barbecue! The crispy skin with a strong meaty texture and basil flavor is the best.  Try it with or without mustard.

We also have best-selling venison sausages that you should definitely try! Mr. Bacon's venison sausages are super juicy, have a great flavor to the fat and dont have an overly "gamey" flavor to them.  An easy & healthy way to get into venison.
